学外からの取り寄せサービス（図書，論文コピー）の一時停止(1/20～1/31)について / NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF INTERLIBRARY LOAN

岐阜大学　教員・学生各位

岐阜大学図書館では，自館で所蔵していない文献(論文)のコピー(複写物)や図書を他大学の図書館等から取り寄せるサービス(文献複写・図書貸借サービス)を行っています。（有料）
このサービスの基盤となっている国立情報学研究所のシステム「NACSIS-CAT/ILL」について，2023年1月に大規模なデータ移行作業が予定されているため，以下のとおり文献複写・図書貸借サービスを停止します。
ご迷惑をおかけいたしますが，ご理解の程よろしくお願い申し上げます。

なお，停止期間中も図書館の利用や館内図書の貸出・返却は普段通り可能です。
図書館蔵書検索（OPAC），電子ジャーナル，電子ブック，オンラインデータベース等もご利用いただけます。
　この期間中に大至急必要となった文献・図書については，以下へご相談ください。

※ 2023年1月20日(金)12時以降に受け付けた依頼は，対応が31日(火)14時以降（予定）になります。

【停止期間中に文献複写・図書貸借サービスに関してできること】

・停止期間前に依頼し到着した図書・文献の受け取り
・他大学等から借用した図書の返却
・MyLibraryの「文献複写・図書貸借依頼」からの依頼の入力
　　※ 対応は2023年1月31日(火) 14時以降（予定）となります。
・図書館カウンターでの手書きの申込書による文献複写・図書貸借のお申し込み
　　※ 対応は2023年1月31日(火) 14時以降（予定）となります。

We would like to inform you about suspension of ILL (Inter Library Loan) service during the following period.
It is note that Library will remain open. You can borrow and return books, and use a Library Catalog (OPAC), e-journals, e-books, and online databases as usual.

Suspension Period:
　　12:00 pm, January 20 - 1:00 pm, January 31, 2023

Unavailable ILL Service:

Copy request (get a copy from another library)
Lending request (loan a book from another library)
　* Your request that we receive during the above period will be processed after 2:00 pm on Tuesday, January 31, 2023.

Available ILL Service:

To pick up a copy or a book you requested before the suspension period.
To return a book you loan from another library.
To request materials on Website, MyLibrary.
　* It will be processed after the end of suspension period.
To request materials at circulation desk.
　* It will be processed after the end of suspension period.
